We only select the finest quality journals and papers to sell on this site. Our products are checked to make sure they meet our standards. We are convinced you will be happy with our selection of quality products too. Products displayed on this site show photos and explanations that best represent the product. Please double check the style and color upon ordering to ensure what you select is what you want. Also, take note of journal and paper sizes. Sometimes the photos make the journals appear larger than what they actually are. Color variations may not be exact either, because computer monitors have different calibrations and colors may show differently than the actual product’s color.
Handcrafted Leather Products: Some leather products are handcrafted using similar materials, and no two will look identical. The photos displayed in this case are similar representations. What you receive may not look exactly like the photograph. Because leather is a natural product, your selection may have some natural blemishes and marks. You may find slight color and texture variations too. This serves to make your item more unique and give it a truly handcrafted appeal. Don’t be afraid to show it off to friends and family.
Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase from this site, but if you are not, please call us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order. We will refund your purchase less shipping. Returns are accepted within their original condition for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of delivery. Please INFORM us first (within 7 days of receipt of order) that you intend to return the product. Either email or phone (during regular office hours - please see contact information). Please supply your order number when contacting us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, we suggest you return the item using the same rules as listed in Returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. At any time, you can then purchase the item you’d like in the color or style you desire.
Return Refunds: Returns will be refunded in Canadian Dollars by business check (CND$ cheque) within 1 -3 business days of receipt of product in its original condition. Exchange rates for US currency orders will be calculated on the day the refund check is processed.
